Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia was born in Canada. She is most well-known to Canadians for her role as a Canadian actor on the Freeform fantasy show Shadowhunters. Also, she appeared in Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda e Voltea to whom you are is enthralled. Emeraude is also an accomplished model and dancer. Montreal was her birthplace, and she spent her childhood in Texas. In her early years she started to train in different forms of dancing. At the age of 15 she began competing in beauty pageants. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia became famous when she participated in Nuestra Belleza Latina, the Univision pageant show. In 2010, she began acting when she played an office receptionist on a Telemundo episode. She starred in Tattooed Love (2015), an action-oriented film.
