Necar Zadegan is a German actor who was born on July 20, 1982. She was born in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. The actress holds German citizenship, and then later gained American status. Necar gained fame for her acting after she won the part of the first lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of the 24 television action series. Necar has also been a model for fashion. She was in one episode of both Lost as well as The Shield TV series in 2008 and then played Caroline on two of episodes from The Floored and Lifted TV series in 2009.
