Aaliyah Dana Haughton and Aarti Mann

Aaliyah Haughton was famous in 1994 when she released her first album Age Ain't Nothing but a number. In the age group of 15 the album was awarded Gold recognition. R. Kelly was a key influence on the collaboration that put her in the limelight. In 1996 Jermaine Durpri and Timbaland joined forces to record her sophomore album One In A Million. It featured the track If Your Boyfriend Only knew as the lead single one. Aaliyah gained international recognition for her work as an R&B artist with the launch of her second album One In A Million. In 2000 she appeared on the screen in Romeo Must Die, a action/romance film starring Jet-Li. Joel Silver, film producer and director of the movie Romeo Must Die caught her at an award ceremony. The film she was in was the Anne Rice-based vampire film Queen of the Damned, which premiered in 2002. In 2003, she was in The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions. The year 1999, 2001 2002 and 2003, she was nominated for four Grammy awards. Aarti Mann.....................Aarti Mann also known as Aarti Majumdar is an American actor who is best known for her portrayal of Priya Koothrappali in the popular TV series The Big Bang Theory. Born in Connecticut to the family of Indian origin. The stage name Mann is an abbreviation for her marriage name Mankad. She uses Aarti Mann as well as Aarti Majumdar for her professional names. Her acting career started in the early 2000 with small appearances on television and in films. Other than The Big Bang Theory her other notable works are Leverage (2012) Suits (2013) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2017). She also appeared in several commercials, including Volvo and other major automobile brand names. She currently lives at Los Angeles along with her spouse, daughter, and husband. She is also pursuing her acting profession.
